I’m sick and tired of having to go out of state for some good quality marijuana and marijuana products. It’s ridiculous how amazing this state is but they can’t get this one thing done.

  9. @BestCanna on March 23, 2025 at 7:44 am

We started our farm and stores because we have already helped people get off pain killers. It saves people from going down a dark road which eventually leads to death. Go Texas! Let’s get it done! Let’s help people and save lives!

  27. @EB-rz8zs on March 23, 2025 at 8:04 am

It’s all about the monies they make from locking people up for it.
The money comes out of our pockets through taxes and they will take it anyway they can .
So basically, we are paying to lock ourselves up.
Just for minding our own business.

  28. @SpongeAddict-gw6mo on March 23, 2025 at 8:07 am

Where’s the studies that say it should be illegal? Most studies show that cannabis is safe and states that have legalized underage use has gone down!

  33. @SOLDOZER on March 23, 2025 at 8:13 am

Yet alcohol is constantly promoted to me everywhere I look as something I need to have a good time.

  34. @AbolishFamilyCourt on March 23, 2025 at 8:14 am

An ex-CPS caseworker by the name of Carlos Morales said majority of children are kidnapped from parents who test positive for pot. Idk if that’s true, but could make a lot of cent$ as to why Texas hasn’t legalized. He’s on YouTube. Get people like him to lobby for you.

  35. @frescoservice5124 on March 23, 2025 at 8:15 am

We are animals we are supposed to eat meat, you wouldn’t harass a cat for eating meat 🤣

  36. @smokestrong1000 on March 23, 2025 at 8:17 am

Just don’t do what California did. Taxed it to hell to where only millionaires can get into the industry and only grow strains that are high yield/low quality to get a profit because it’s all about quantity not quality. You couldn’t pay me to smoke dispensary weed now since it’s been "legalized" when before home growers would grow the best, lab test their bud, and the people would have quality bud.

  37. @tomford5416 on March 23, 2025 at 8:18 am

TEXAS where you can legal marry you cousin & legally shoot an intruder into mincemeat –
    but grow & smoke a flower ! ? ~ not permitted

  38. @SlingerFinger on March 23, 2025 at 8:19 am

We need wall street investors to come to the capital and present numbers. Put it on the board and convince us that there’s a profit. We need lawyers and governors on the legal side to agree on decriminalizing first. Let them know what direction we’re heading and start making changes now. Jail is full of weed charges. The courts make a lot of money off the backs of smokers. It’s time they owe us a spot in the market. Oakland made enough money hire 7 more deputies and not one pot bust, just violent offenders paying criminal taxes.

  39. @skaterfreak420 on March 23, 2025 at 8:19 am

Here is a theory of the hold up. Among claims like that ridiculous 2015 claim by Abbott that he don’t want anyone to over dose on marijuana, the truth is that it is one, a gateway drug, but not the gateway you think. Other than gun violence and other top criminal offenses, possession of marijuana is if not THE one offense, but one of the top offenses that law enforces use to help fuel the criminal justice system. Marijuana is a high traffic gateway into the justice system. Another is the fact that it is hard to distinguish the difference between hemp and marijuana. Even though hemp is legal to have in all 50 states, in Texas, you can possess hemp but it is illegal to grow. period. Growing a hemp farm and distributing it throughout the state would cause confusion to law enforcement, let alone just possessing a few grams. They can come up with their fantasies all they want to keep marijuana illegal, but the truth is that they don’t want it legal because they are making too much money on bails and court fees with people who were hauled in on possession charges. If they are so worried about arrests being down, they need not too. People are still going to sell weed illegally. I mean, selling weed from a house would like taking money from the government vs collecting taxes off of sales from dispensaries or authorized stores to sale. Texas need to get off that bullshit. Marijuana has always been the number one choice of drug users. Opioids is a choice, but that is thanks to the government for allowing opioids to be sold in the first place because between the early 1900s to 1995, opioids were increasingly abused, acknowledged and gotten worse beginning with the role out of oxycodone commonly branded as Oxycontin in 1995. The government is even allowing a percentage of crack cocaine, a drug that can get you up to life in prison, to be used as "medical cocaine" which a lot of veterans are prescribed to treat PTSD. So what are we going to do? Marijuana has nothing on what has been allowed to be legally distributed and hurting people for over a hundred years.

Dont go to Texas Original theyre a straight up scam. The medicine dont work n its literally 100$ for one measly bottle of gut wrenching oil. Better off ordering concentrate off the Internet from Thc-a sites for way way cheaper. Dont be fooled be Texas Original its the biggest cannabis scam in the State of Texas and big pharma is definitely behind them. Whats compassionate about 100$ for a 300 mg bottle. Im a victim of the Compassionate Use Program. They charge u 150 for a 6 month prescription then you pay 100$ a bottle for literally 1% medicine (its on the bottle clearly). I wish i could get back the 300 i spent for the prescription and the crappy non working oil Texas Original sold me. I could’ve taken that money and bought concentrate that you smoke. Medicine that actually works lol. Dont trust Texas Original they rob disabled people of the little money we have😡

  44. @SpongeAddict-gw6mo on March 23, 2025 at 8:27 am

Go to your local smoke shop and u will find THC A Marijuana that is under the legal 3% of regular THC but the THC A that’s as high as 30% converts into THC once it’s being heated or burned so basically uvcan go buy clean Marijuana labeled under THC A andits great a tad bit expensive but good smoke at verity
