    for a physician to determine if a patient is terminal, it’s seems logical for the good doctor to know the course of treatment the patient intends, if any. And two doctors must agree with their diagnosis. Try getting two people, much less doctors, to agree water is wet! I’ll get my own medicinal herbs thanks, or die trying. After all, it is a weed.

    life is a terminal illness, so there’s some discrimination in available medication for a certain class of people? Sure looks like it. Incidentally, the USC prohibition defines "marijuana" as being of the sativa strain, and not the Indica strain. The inclusion of one, is the exclusion of the others. So federally speaking, indica is legal and lawful. Thanks for the head’s up Mr Smith.
