Sacramento dispensary prepares to transition into pot shop

As the deadline for legal recreational-use marijuana sales draws closer, Sacramento medical marijuana dispensaries are preparing, and hoping, to transition into shops. Sacramento City Council still needs to decide on the regulations surrounding recreational-use marijuana businesses. One dispensary has a plan in place to make the change.
