Everybody here keeps saying Georgia needs to legalise It but Georgia has legalized it for medical use and they still restrict the patients from getting it.
they limit it to funky forms of less functional ingestion because even if you’re sick and using marijuana as medicine they don’t want you to be able to feel good or get high during that process
they refused to copy other states plans that seem to function fine
and even the portions of the law that Georgia has legalized for patients is so unfinished that nobody can get any.
There is no supply but there is medical demand. There are limited location beyond any accessibility but there’s people that are proud that they formed the program. It’s just a lot of inept non-functional nonsense. That being further restricted by "drug" fearful lawmakers making the decisions,
rather than the decisions on cannabis being driven by medical professionals as any and all other medications are.
This is the only medication I’ve ever heard of that gets purview by fear-based, uninvolved, non medical, decision making participants.
If these unqualified participants were getting involved in the decisions of your other medications such as your ADHD medications that your kids take or the seizure medications that some of you take or your pain medications then you would lose access to most of them because you are allowing non-medical personnel to make decisions about medicines so why are these non-medical personnel making decisions about medical cannabis or other health-related decisions?
Decisions such as should we be any more afraid of marijuana for medical use than we are of other medications that the same doctors might recommend? We’re allowing the non medically educated to start with what they’ve heard and what they feared of marijuana and make decisions for us starting at that point instead of just letting the doctors and health professionals make our health based decisions.
