Remember, everyone who enters a dispensary is reported to the federal NICS database.
Weed is still federally illegal. Use of weed makes one banned from possessing firearms and bans one from getting any permit in Maryland.

  8. @skipstalforce on May 8, 2025 at 10:34 am

Why do they always require more money?

  9. @truthspeaks12 on May 8, 2025 at 10:35 am

  10. @MrNonrepetitive on May 8, 2025 at 10:40 am

He needs audited before even proposing another tax on anyone. Get ready for the shake down folks, empty all your pockets.

  11. @sirbreeze3369 on May 8, 2025 at 10:40 am

The Black Markets in the city is still booming. I think it’s a major reason for the drastic drop in homicides in the city, because guys are actually making major profits off of what they sell. Plus, you can get as much as want to buy at certain spots ls in the city.

  12. @Itsnotthatdeep0 on May 8, 2025 at 10:40 am

That’s the point to knock the black market out

  13. @RC-hd1or on May 8, 2025 at 10:41 am

  16. @nandojuace on May 8, 2025 at 10:48 am

Don’t simply retire from something; have something to retire to. Start saving, keep saving, and stick to investments. Building wealth involves establishing routines, like consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for smart investments

  17. @P-qi6qx on May 8, 2025 at 10:49 am

Trying to extort the drug dealers

  18. @gregbaxivanos3462 on May 8, 2025 at 10:49 am

  20. @sherri5470 on May 8, 2025 at 10:50 am

This is so wrong! That’s exactly what it will do push it back to the black market

  21. @luxtubeluxtube7036 on May 8, 2025 at 10:52 am

  22. @MrCrazypops on May 8, 2025 at 10:52 am

Where are our tax dollars going !?!?!?

  23. @roymusejr5939 on May 8, 2025 at 10:53 am

  24. @48laws45 on May 8, 2025 at 10:54 am

Lol its 20 percent in az for recreational weed and you would be hard pressed to find a black market here lol😂 its cheaper BECAUSE they can produce in mass so stop lying about how basic economics work…sellers just dont want to pay their share..this is not about the customers who already pay merchants taxes aka SELLER TAX ..sales tax is offensive to push off on customers in the first place because they are not the merchants

  25. @luxtubeluxtube7036 on May 8, 2025 at 10:54 am

Drug dealers crying cause they gotta pay more taxes 😂

  26. @NDB469 on May 8, 2025 at 10:55 am

They’re proposing raising the sales tax on marijuana, the real question is, where has all that $64 million gone that’s already been collected gone? Which unfortunately leads to another question, where’d the $5 billion surplus go? The dems love to deflect and tell us where that surplus supposedly came from, but the question remains is where did it all go? Also why are we the tax payers bearing the brunt of it all?

  27. @gzuskreist1021 on May 8, 2025 at 10:57 am

Smoking weed this uncoolest thing you can do, nothing about it is appealing or exciting anymore. Now its nerds and housewives buying literal corporate pot. You cant even drive on the highway without smelling some tard smoking in their car.

  28. @dbarnes6028 on May 8, 2025 at 10:57 am

  34. @rell63b on May 8, 2025 at 11:03 am

  35. @mrhyde2484 on May 8, 2025 at 11:03 am

I guess cutting wasteful spending is never an option when you can just raise taxes on something.

  36. @BLouiss on May 8, 2025 at 11:04 am

  38. @bmorebones on May 8, 2025 at 11:06 am

This is a colonial Economy red-line state.

  39. @HopeLess249 on May 8, 2025 at 11:06 am

Less Moore is looking at NY and CA for tax rates to see how much people will pay before they flee. This state is done.

  40. @RC-hd1or on May 8, 2025 at 11:07 am

I never did cannabis store thing , because why should i pay a tax for my personal relaxtion ……..I kept my good weed connections and I enjoy the better pricing on the black markets.

  41. @nickwolfe4591 on May 8, 2025 at 11:08 am

If only there was as much attention paid to marijuana as there was to education.

    What a shame.

  42. @talishamason8553 on May 8, 2025 at 11:09 am

If I have to spend 40 on an 8th of some bs weed I will just save myself the hassle and go to the boys on the corner and grab my grass again.

  45. @MrBones2020 on May 8, 2025 at 11:11 am

I have learned that the most powerful medicinal benefits of cannabis come not from ingestion of the plant, but from cultivation of the plant. There is no tax on gardening.

  46. @deeznutz57 on May 8, 2025 at 11:12 am

Wes moore was and is the biggest threat to maryland. Black people always vote in black people they dont even look into policy. This guy could have owned slaves and none of his voters would have known because black people for the most part do not look into policy or character they only see skin color.

  47. @starantionette194 on May 8, 2025 at 11:17 am

WTF is that man talking? Let it come from the red light camera, speed cameras. Where tf do all of that money goes? Baltimore leaders are greedy, selfish, ain’t worth a dame, liars etc

  48. @joannebutcher3601 on May 8, 2025 at 11:17 am

Too much weed people are either drunk or high on weed

  49. @shyodu2 on May 8, 2025 at 11:19 am

Lol…. "The Black market" been around longer. With no inflation. 🤔

  50. @papigrande4378 on May 8, 2025 at 11:19 am

SURPRISE!!! The black market never left. It’s a cheaper alternative already. But there are some people who are afraid of what they might get on the streets and most of those people will pay what they have to for peace of mind.
