    Being convicted in Virginia for ‘cannabis’ offenses means you are ineligible for any Va. Dept. of Agriculture employment in the new hemp production program through the Universities.. That’s hilarious because not too many people in the state known what I know after 40 years of growing…Oh,I mean 41,now. it’s about controlling the message as well as raking in profits for the well healed in the commonwealth.
