So by doing this you just opened the door for out of state growers to fill the gap… the money that would have been made and spent in the state is now going to be made and spent in another state now proffiting off of the state that chopped the crop.. every grower from outside cali is thanking those crop choppers! I mean do they think people are going to stop smoking vaping eating medicating because they did this….hmmm maybe the police budget should be looked at if theirs money to be wasted on this crap!
