I hate the smell if I smell it on the street. If I don’t smoke but smell it this better help me in some ways like fixing the cracks on the tennis courts.

  18. @anonymousdelta7339 on July 14, 2025 at 1:51 pm

People I personally know who recreationally smoke weed are weak mentally. I suggest doctors should start prescribing them instead as a medical disability

  19. @Awholekit on July 14, 2025 at 1:52 pm

….in thailand smoking a bowl now, you would think a us state would understand.

You have lost your natural mind! Not only has this narcotic made a massive amount of new addicts, it brought higher crime rates related to substance need income. Addicts will do what it takes to keep their psychedelic momentum continuous. The stench alone that makes the air toxic as it denses it molecules very differently than nicotine. The air/oxygen fights for air rights. Currently those allergic to those fumes are left out of rights to breathe! It’s not just awaiting for public transportation, is standing at a crosswalk, in line inside a supermarket, and the audacity to have those fumes leak into tenants apts. Have you thought about the newborns, infants, children, and all other age group? It looks like your breeding addicts and replacing human protocol rights as well as the natural air to breathe. Seems that MONEY is the only thing on the table instead of food because you are taking away from limited resources of farming food and replacing it with drugs. Are you trying to end the human race? Via pre-meditated famine? Promoting criminal acts? You are a small island, your basic limitations has a small boundary for substanance. Right now lacking housing because you cannot give up the PRECIOUS lands for conservation & preservation of YOUR heritage. You have a beautiful island, maintain it with dignity. Drugs are not the answer to problems, Common Sense is!

  22. @AMS-ri3xm on July 14, 2025 at 1:56 pm

It would also help those that want a firearm before if u got a medical Marijuana card u were exempt from legally getting a gun permit so going legal saves folks on that issue 🤙

  23. @CarlosCruz-hi8me on July 14, 2025 at 1:57 pm

    Make it legal already

  24. @mangokane11 on July 14, 2025 at 1:58 pm

For those who smoke weed, this isn’t gonna be a positive for you. We can already get it easily. We smoke it easily. A little discretion is used. But we should be using discretion. Not because we would get in trouble. Because there are other people in this world. Kids ya know….. people who have different views. Being respectful. I smoke cigarettes and weed from time to time. I’m considerate of these things.
So bus stops…. I could see that bring a problem! Lol. "I don’t smoke and drive dude! I’m all like ….. wait…. is that my bus"? Lol. Aww 30 more minutes brah. No fall asleep!

  25. @johnwindham6226 on July 14, 2025 at 1:59 pm

To all you ignorant Trumper‘s out there who I see posting daily remember it’s the Democrats who want to legalize marijuana federally and the Republicans who don’t…

  26. @Jason_The_Railfan_Aviation on July 14, 2025 at 2:01 pm

I hope its legal by the time I visit in November this year lol

  27. @rickagulia3767 on July 14, 2025 at 2:01 pm

Look at California, after they legalized pot the black market for pot has been booming . Black market pot is way cheaper and the taxes that they said hasn’t been generated.

  28. @mikecappa1094 on July 14, 2025 at 2:02 pm

Blah blah blah..millions and millions of dollars……
Nah…organized crime and factory type mega grow rooms .
    Bad idea.
    Decriminalize small possessions.
Keep the cartels out of Hawaii please.
    Thank you. Aloha.

  29. @AMS-ri3xm on July 14, 2025 at 2:05 pm

Its about time ,but I still think they should have the same regulations like tobacco 18 and older so kids can stay focused in high school …

  30. @aaronkamakaze2967 on July 14, 2025 at 2:05 pm

Hawaii WAS NOT the first state to legalize Medical cannabis lol. That was california.

  31. @rossellaperry6467 on July 14, 2025 at 2:08 pm

With millions in revenue would Hawaii become tax free ? No property tax ? How would this benefit citizens directly ?

  32. @johnsotelo3125 on July 14, 2025 at 2:08 pm

Wake up Hawaii, crime is here, crime is everywhere, Hawaii should legalize gambling to, why let the money go to las Vegas when we could really use the money here.

  33. @michaellewisjones2385 on July 14, 2025 at 2:10 pm

Legalize it nationally please. Disney character panties are the most cutest and comfortable kind of panties to wear xvxxii

  34. @cunninglycalculated4583 on July 14, 2025 at 2:10 pm

Hawaii should have been at the front of the line for recreational marijuana so Hawaii could have lead the industry, but closed minded old democrats keep holding Hawaii back from being at the forefront of any industry. they always take conservative approach and let all the other states lead and we follow. when will Hawaii known for anything more than one of the most expensive state to live in.

  35. @edjeep on July 14, 2025 at 2:12 pm

    Yes!!!

  36. @elevatedemotions4548 on July 14, 2025 at 2:13 pm

They not worried about Amazon pushing out moms and pops so why worry about Legalization pushing out Noa and Aloha Green

  37. @VitalyStreamClipper on July 14, 2025 at 2:13 pm

1:35 I don’t know if I really agree with that. I think a lot of us here on the mainland would love to have some Hawaii grown bud. If anything that would open the market for Hawaii to export their stuff to the Midwest etc.

  38. @MsJooy on July 14, 2025 at 2:13 pm

In the 15 years since I experienced the first sack of "chronic sensimillia"
And 90% of weed was "stress" sticks and seeds.

The entire human population seems to have forgotten that cannabis pollination occurs between a
    female:marijuana.
    And
    Male:hemp.

That when you keep a female indoors delta9:thc can double maybe triple solely through lack of sexual stimulation.

    Now they are calling it
    "my grandpa’s weed"
    When it is pollinated.

We need a public service statement to the world because I don’t think I am that old quite yet.

  42. @Sgt75bravo on July 14, 2025 at 2:17 pm

Wow they almost banned vaping but want to legalize weed….explain that??

  43. @mangokane11 on July 14, 2025 at 2:17 pm

More addiction and crime? Ohhhhh…. I get it. Legalizing it makes it legal, now it can be taxed. Then it can be laundered instead of using it for the state. Then that will be addicting so you guys will end up legalizing more criminals and criminal activities because of your predatory greed! Aha…AHA…. I get it. I get it. I get it. I get it. I get it. I get it!!…… ATTENTION ALL SMOKAHS! ITS TIME TO DIG DEEPAH ( in your pockets )(to pay more) IF YOU WANT TO SMOKE DAT CREEPAH!

  44. @QuantumOfSolace1 on July 14, 2025 at 2:17 pm

Too many problems now – drinking and driving – now weed and driving- idiots – this shouldn’t be about money!
    Just say no to drugs!

  45. @gregcarter8656 on July 14, 2025 at 2:18 pm

For reasons of HEALTH and IRRITATION, Hawaii has some fairly strong NO SMOKING laws.
Those laws are intended to guarantee CLEAN SMOKE-FREE AIR for non-smokers to breathe.
As long as smokers of tobacco, marijuana, banana peel, whatever, keep it AWAY from non-smokers,
then it should be tolerable. But really, will weed smokers RESPECT NON-SMOKERS’ RIGHTS ?
That remains to be seen. Pakalolo users should eat brownies, etc., for the health of all of our lungs.
