The conventional wisdom causing Christie to drag his feet is simply out of date. As noted here, recent polls show strong support for medical cannabis even among Republicans, and if Christie has hopes for national office he’s dooming himself with his stance on this issue. He’s alienating people in the West with derogatory remarks about "potheads," and his support for wasteful prohibition will cost him with libertarians and fiscal hawks. The shrinking base he’s playing to won’t support him anyway.

Atleast the marijuana would be safe and government regulated for safety. Mexican brick marijuana for example, is saturated with carcinogenic pesticides. Which would you prefer that your child have access to?! Lets use some common sense based on research of the marijuana market. Black market drugs are always much less safe, than a federally regulated drug.

They would be getting a non psychoactive form of medical marijuana called high cbd which is made into an oil. It is eaten.

This bill also benefits adults who cannot smoke or vaporize their medicine or who need steady regular dosing like Glaucoma patients, MS patients, and hopsice patients.

Let’s look at Christie’s loyalties. Just look at the Jersey Shore. Parts of Seaside are "fixed", but drive up or down to the towns that Christie doesn’t want you to see.

    Disappointed by the WSJ.
