Viridian Capital Advisors says capital markets of cannabis has been brought to a virtual standstill
Viridian Capital Advisors President & Founder Scott Greiper tells Proactive how the cannabis market has been affected during the spread of the virus pandemic, mainly how investors are moving from equity to debt financing in the cannabis market.
Greiper says in the month of March, the cannabis-focused investment firm has seen the lowest level of capital raises and M&A transactions than in the prior five years its been tracking these types of deals, bringing it to a virtual standstill.
