I am republican but there are a few things marijuana works really well on. For insomnia marijuana is absolutely far superior to the Z drugs. In an ideal world if someone has insomnia a combination drug would be available at the pharmacy behind the counter containing the correct dose of marijuana and aspirin or ibuprofen. If someone had insomia they would be given a single dose then referred to a doctor.

Interesting angle, on one one hand I agree it should be regulated, the chemicals used when growing and proper sanitation should be key to having a legal grow. Employment laws should be fallowed especially pertaining to paying proper wages, as well as paying taxes. On the other hand I disagree, people even immigrants should be allowed to grow on property they have purchased no matter who their nosy neighbors are. And wtf is is a license going to cost $500,000 for that is just out right stupid. $3000 is a more realistic number especially if your pretending to care for the local people of Oklahoma and their ability to be successful in the cannabis business.

Im farming legal cannabis in oregon. all the black market guys are headed to oklahoma where the laws havent been set up yet. as long as people can sell weed to prohibition states there will be a black market. we need federal legalization. it will drive the market down its the only way.
