Is that King 402 better than modern led bar like Spider Farmer or Mars Hydro? They are similar priced right now.

  2. @cmmnsenserules4339 on October 24, 2025 at 5:31 pm

You never have to deal with skyrocketing humidity when lights go off right? Dry desert ckinste? Im in michigan. My 4×4, when 12 hrs off??? Rh jumps to 85%RH. With a 6" ac infinity exhaust at 90% power. I have 6 fans inside so at least no stagnantair. Room like yours, big bedroom with window. Dehumidifier INSIDE the tent??? More bkoers atvthe bottom, mmm. ???

    For self reference:
    LED: 75-85f

    Veg: 50-70%
    Flower: 40-60%

One thing I don’t understand, why higher Temps with led as opposed to HID? Isn’t 80 degrees 80 degrees no matter what lights you’re using? This has always been confusing.

  5. @scottinsierras2945 on October 24, 2025 at 5:33 pm

Chris do you have temperature/ humidity sensors at canopy level

  6. @bruceolga3644 on October 24, 2025 at 5:35 pm

Pregunta: does the humidity need to be concise throughout the tent environment? I have a higher humidity @the Medium than it is Midway.

  7. @billthebutcher6873 on October 24, 2025 at 5:38 pm

    70% during veg and 40-55% during flower. 🍻 👏 ✌️

  8. @Obatalakali on October 24, 2025 at 5:38 pm

Can I skip the exhaust fan if I have two oscillting fans and my tent is in an air-conditioned room? Exhaust fans are over $1K in my country :/

In the drying stage after harvest, the humidity in my dry room is running about 35 percent , do I need a humidifier to bring up the humidity?

  12. @dxbbred on October 24, 2025 at 5:42 pm

I have the same humidifier and fan as you lol, glad to know I got the things I need

  13. @Adkguerrilla44 on October 24, 2025 at 5:45 pm

Be careful if that heater has any lights dont wanna herm your plants with light leaks unless they’re autoflowers

  14. @Rizik1986 on October 24, 2025 at 5:48 pm

Have you or anyone else grew in an open room without a tent? I understand that it would be more work to moderate the temp and humidity. I have auto flowers so I don’t need a dark period. I understand as well the reflective material helps the light penetrate the leaf canopy.

Just curious how simple of a system I can create with little human intervention.

Humid continental humid subtropical iz my area

  16. @lazuli420 on October 24, 2025 at 5:50 pm

The outline fan sucks air inside the tent trough the vents at the bottom, when the tent is closed mine sucks in humid air (70%) sp i have to put dehumidifier inside the tent (its a 300watt) a lot of electricity… and i cant turn it off or humiditie goes up in 20 seconds. What size of dehumidifier would be good enough to get under 60%? Would a 150watt work too ?

  17. @omarsilva1371 on October 24, 2025 at 5:51 pm

So is your air filter on 24/7 ?

  18. @madeonearth3429 on October 24, 2025 at 5:51 pm

i found that humidity controll in flower and late flower is the most critical one for me but now that i ordered a decend sized dehumidifier that problem should dissapear 🙂

  19. @JayDillDrums on October 24, 2025 at 5:52 pm

Some areas you might need a humidifier. I need dehumidifier in the basement I’m in.

  22. @sammy9631 on October 24, 2025 at 5:56 pm

Hi Mr grow it, love your channel. Quick question. Having trouble lately with thr last 2 grows where the auto gone into flowering way toi early so my question is can high humidity make them go into flower early. Usually have the humidity around 60 to 70 but sometimes during night when they are in dark it girs uo to 80 can that make them flower early. Thank you

  23. @FounderOfAiTheNewOrder on October 24, 2025 at 5:56 pm

In uk humidity is 89 standards so dehumidifier is essential and powerful fan

  24. @Deathskull2x on October 24, 2025 at 5:56 pm

But how do u know if your humidity is high or low

  25. @carlosp4118 on October 24, 2025 at 5:59 pm

if you need too make your tent cooler fill a baggie with ice and hang it in the tent, dont put it near the roots or by the base of your plant, it will stunt your plants growth

  26. @Aspiringpsychologist on October 24, 2025 at 6:00 pm

What if we don’t use carbon filter and exhaust instead use two exhaust fans?

  27. @antoniorodriguez9028 on October 24, 2025 at 6:02 pm

How do you keep the RH level Mr Gros It? I understand your exhausting all the humidity level out.. your tank might be empty after a few hours..

  28. @nothings7258 on October 24, 2025 at 6:04 pm

i run into an issue where the mist from the humidifier gets on the plants and cause some spots on it and or gets on the walls how can you avoid these issues i was going to get an ac infinity humidifier i saw that has a long tube ive seen people put it ontop but then im thinking wouldnt it just drop down onto the plants and lights and be even more of an issue? is there a way to put it im missing?

  29. @justinmcvay5560 on October 24, 2025 at 6:05 pm

I wanna close the bottom flaps on my 2×4 so no light gets out , but then no air will get in. Any ideas?

  30. @Shreddykrueger42 on October 24, 2025 at 6:06 pm

How do I keep the humidity in the tent when I’m running a charcoal inline fan. Wouldn’t it keep sucking out and not reach 60-70 percent

Answered my questions!! Now to get busy. I live in high desert conditions. Very warm and dry with night temps dropping off. Great information for this newbie! Thanks for the help

  36. @CBe-ot8vu on October 24, 2025 at 6:14 pm

Im rocking a Heater. Humidifier. Dehumidifier. Rocking a grow in memory of my best friend. Reset my whole room. Wasn’t easy getting my environment back on point especially since i picked the coldest days to germinate. My temp is steady 71-73. Humidity at 64% working on getting it to steady 70% for first bit. Then I’ll get it to around 60% through veg. Dont even plug in my Dehumidifier until plants are big enough to raise Humidity levels since house is at 20%

  37. @John-m4l7q on October 24, 2025 at 6:14 pm

Ive been growing for about a decade at different houses ive lived in over the years but this is the first time ive battled PM indoors in the basement with 30% humidity. Is it because its below 60 degrees?

  38. @RedPillGrower on October 24, 2025 at 6:15 pm

    ✌️😎🔥🔥🔥

  39. @cringesh1t427 on October 24, 2025 at 6:16 pm

So if my normal bedroom sits between 55-65% humidity would I need one? I know I’m late to the vid hoping someone passes by and drops a response. I know watering the plants and the heat from the light may just add humidity but I’ll have 2 fans in place to circulate

  40. @mattthompson8427 on October 24, 2025 at 6:18 pm

Do you need to run a exhaust fan with filter all the time? My tent if in my basement and it’s cooler and not very humid. When I run my exhaust fan all the time the tent cools. I have a space heater though. Should I just run oscillating fans instead?

  41. @DJ_Rambo_NZ on October 24, 2025 at 6:19 pm

Do I put the dehumidifier in tent or lung room?

  42. @benmaulson9639 on October 24, 2025 at 6:21 pm

So if ur pulling new air in every few mins… 5 mins ish we’ll say…how do u let the CO2 saturate the tent to 1200-1300 ppm??? Which bears the question, how do u balance light photons/energy, with the CO2, for larger buds during flowering phase, my friend?!!?!??

  43. @cannafarmer on October 24, 2025 at 6:22 pm

    Thank you

  44. @Illigrown on October 24, 2025 at 6:23 pm

For the humidifier – if set up is a 2×4 in a small bedroom. Is it ok to just have the humidifier on the outside of the tent so long as the RH is where we want it? Or is there any reason it would need to actually be in the tent?

  45. @OfficiallyMadMan on October 24, 2025 at 6:26 pm

Lol not a maybe. In Colorado it can get dry but i can easily manage my grow witout a humidifier or dehumidifier. Once it rained and my grow tent got to 70% humidity but it was easy to lower n wasnt at 70% for too long. You gotta know yohr environment and what strains grow best in that environment. I got a cali dream going. The humidity is a constant 40%, it is in a range of 67-80°… it is thriving

  46. @CORNHUSKMCGRAW on October 24, 2025 at 6:28 pm

No you don’t.. it’s a weed, it will grow regardless long as there’s water and light

  47. @tar3002 on October 24, 2025 at 6:29 pm

Yeah, like my grow tent is very dry and the air in my apartment is very dry so I have to have some moisture so I do use a humidifier but some people don’t

  48. @kathames45 on October 24, 2025 at 6:29 pm

I have a hard time, even with a humidifier running on max, keeping my humidity in the 50-55 range with the carbon filter running. I find that I have to use one of my tent’s sleeves to sort of partially block the duct for the filter/fan just to keep the humidity between 48-53. I am running in a much smaller tent (20"x36"x63") with only one intake vent open. I keep the temp between 72 and 78 Fahrenheit at all times. When I get up every morning, I usually find that my humidifier has emptied out completely and needs filled, and my tent humidity drops between 28-38. Will this cause an issue in the long run or will my plants be fine?

  49. @WeldYouLookAtThat on October 24, 2025 at 6:29 pm

Its more about your VPD than it is temp and humidity. If your temp goes up, introduce more moisture in the air and it will level out your VPD. If it gets to dry, lower the temps a little bit. Your VPD should be running
    * seedlings/clones – 0.4 to 0.8 kPa
    * veg – 0.8 to 1.2 kPa
    * flower- 1.2 to 1.6 kPa
If you have a variable you cant control such as the temperature you can offset it by adjusting the humidity and vice versa.
Also when flowering, if you keep your humidity on the low low end of the ideal range it will lightly stress the plants out and cause denser buds. I work at a commercial cannabis farm as a lead cultivator. We run our late flower rooms at 40 to 45 percent humidity.
