Are you enjoying the beautiful Jamaica 😁🙏❤?

  4. @IronPoorBlood on October 26, 2025 at 5:40 pm

Nothing good came to my state from legalizing marijuana. Many people who voted to legalize it would not if given the opportunity again. I am somebody willing to entertain the idea that psilocybin, etc can help with PTSD.

All that said, nobody should have ever gone to jail for a joint. That was ridiculous.

  5. @stevee.7419 on October 26, 2025 at 5:42 pm

They’ve kicked that cannabis can down the road years ago. And a trip to Jamaica won’t change that…All hype, mate. 😂

Question, what happens to the legal medical Cannabis industry in the US when Trump bombs the cartels into a non compete terrorist organization?

  9. @brank999 on October 26, 2025 at 5:46 pm

Quebec companies have very low costs because electricity is so cheap up there. Gross margins from 40 to 60%. Many export much of their supply to Europe and therefore avoid Canada’s high excise tax. Demand for cannabis in Canada, the US and the world is relatively high. I expect some of these companies to have great earnings reports for the rest of the year.

  10. @Kig_Ama on October 26, 2025 at 5:48 pm

is TRULIEVE CANNABIS not a canadian company????

  11. @JohnJohnerson on October 26, 2025 at 5:48 pm

You exclude Canadian companies because of TAM, but what about companies such as Aurora that have global exposure to the much higher margin medical cannabis market?
Germany and Australia, where Aurora has healthy exposure, is leveraged nicely in a rapidly growing medical market.
Until there’s a change in legalization, retail margins pale in comparison.

We’ve had legal weed in Missouri for years now and we still don’t have anybody that supplying THC dip pouches. It is most exciting to see Gaps in the market and disappointing that more work is not being done.

Damn! Who were you smoking with?? The orange man? You nailed the timing…….. sadly I seem to be blocked from buying cannabis stocks by my provider. A lot of things are blocked in the UK these days.

Hello long time pot smoker, new investor/trader this is what I think about the pot industry as much as I would love to get behind it and buy up some stocks I have to say nay because I know that the entire industry will be crushed out overnight when they realize that all marijuana laws are Lawless in the eyes of God
The main reason (Shocker) that I can’t get behind the marijuana industry is because any regulation at all, supports the Racism that Harry Anslinger and the Bureau of narcotics stands for whenever they made the Lawless laws in 1939 when in the house session Representatives voted to make that which God has deemed lawful illegal. So therefore as i the break the law as I grow dope every day in my front yard. I don’t have to care because the agents that poisoned me when I was in the army took away whatever Fs I would have had to give. The truth is is that if the state won’t let you buy marijuana without a driver’s license then that is support to the theory that the driver’s license is in fact the mark of the beast.
Yes the pot industry will grow significantly as they legalize dope worldwide how ever it is incredibly overpriced and you can’t get the quality that you need unless you grow it yourself right there where you’re at. Currently nobody’s got a hash brick made out of Lemon Potion perfume and potpourri smelling amazing goodness. In Missouri you cannot find a Peanut Butter Cookie Hash block nobody in our area is trying to sell Coffee Weed and that’s sad 😢. We have to do all the hard work ourselves even if it’s against the law of man.
Yet I may have said all that to say this I’m not going to count out pot stocks because they may have a place in my future portfolio.

I think we will see cannabis in grocery stores in the long term. Just buy the current beer distributors… I think with the distribution in systems already in place, thy can push for regulation and have the majority of sales in the legal market. Just like with alcohol.

I got in $JUSHF years ago thinking they had great potential from their vertical integration and rapid growth, but they just can’t seem to make money. My diamond hands are still holding strong, but I’m down huge with them.

  23. @JohnJohnerson on October 26, 2025 at 6:04 pm

My take on cannabis companies is summed up well by a quote from an old classic, Color of Money: “Everybody’s doing it, and if everybody’s doing it, there’s a lot of guys doing it”.
No company has any real moat in this industry. To grow, you have to keep acquiring a smaller guy. Not ideal. Retail is also low margin compared to medical. And lastly all major stock gains have come from hype, more recently Trump’s pump and dump. Good luck!

  24. @paulking2039 on October 26, 2025 at 6:05 pm

    Make cannabis great again..
Hardly a surprise Trump won again, much of America is high on drugs.

  25. @andreivoicu6239 on October 26, 2025 at 6:06 pm

IIPR seems to me a better choice. Great REIT, strong dividend and P/B below 1, finding itself at their all time lows in the last 2 years. It surely can be a positive rebound story and it looks that nothing can go wrong with them if someone has a +3 years time horizon.

  26. @martcouz on October 26, 2025 at 6:07 pm

Great video, super informative. I’m also in High Tide. Although being a canadian stock, I love the low risk high reward position they seem to be in.

Thoughts on Trulieve’s $500m uncertain tax liability position versus Green Thumb who pays all their 280e taxes in full?

Hey, all we need is Hims&Hers to make a distribution deal with one of the "leaves" companies to see them smoke to the moon.
    Great video as always.
I was expecting another quiz from you, like for the alcool in the last video, but on this topic 🙂

  35. @kingtsik on October 26, 2025 at 6:15 pm

I am holding curaleaf and terrascend.. both has exposure on US

  36. @nodnostrebor4300 on October 26, 2025 at 6:15 pm

Trump is a loser. Dope legalization in the midst of a drug epidemic?
I think Trump should instead tax all the legal marijuana states an amount double their tax revenues. Marijuana is a scourge.
Dope is the dummy. It’s "makes you feel better." Yeah. That’s the hook of dope.
Imagine how good Fentanyl users feel!

  38. @DigitalPurpleHeart on October 26, 2025 at 6:18 pm

I don’t think we will see anything like the 2016-2018 run. Everyone has seen that the margins just aren’t there ….especially in Canada as govt put its hand in the pot. No doubt US govt will also take their share.

Once the cannabis lobby gains power I am sure that the non licensed cultivators will be dealt with.

  41. @pey7777 on October 26, 2025 at 6:20 pm

Can you explain how the "Total Debt ($M)" column was calculated for the MSOs? I don’t see how Trulieve is at 0 Total Debt given their balance sheet

  42. @jholotanbest2688 on October 26, 2025 at 6:20 pm

I would say that investment thesis is likely to be true.

  43. @leftphilange69 on October 26, 2025 at 6:27 pm

The MSOS ETF is pretty good. It used to contain a lot of crap but because only the strongest companies remain in business due to how the industry has been going, so it’s weeded (pun intended) a lot of the garbage out. It’s well managed. AdvisorShares channel on Youtube has some decent videos (that’s who runs it). About 2/3 of it is in Trulieve, Green Thumb, Curaleaf alone (which IMO, are the strongest companies) and the bulk of the rest is in the better tier 2 companies like Verano, Glass House Brands, Jushi, Terrascend, Cresco labs, Village Farms. <10% of the fund’s delegation is small/totally speculative cannabis companies and at least these have proven the minimal robustness to have survived this long, although I’m not thrilled that they’re in there – but as far as cannabis ETFs go, it’s the best one and since many Americans can’t buy individual cannabis stocks because of the exchanges they’re on, it’s a decent option I’d say.

  47. @brian6937 on October 26, 2025 at 6:31 pm

I think there is the black market on one side and then the other side corporate rule and influence on government. I think it’s a question of which devil will rule over the people’s use of cannabis? Nobody should fool themselves it’s about money and not what people want.
