Ohio Republicans are out of control! I am a republican but I am voting for all democrats in the next election. They give our tax dollars to millionaires and billionaires

  8. @JayNichols-h7i on October 28, 2025 at 6:07 pm

Recently in Missouri where I live we literally passed paid sick leave by 58% of the vote & they repealed that. Imagine siding with the minority losers instead of the winners & working class. Don’t see blue States doing this.

IT IS NOT WINNING. IT IS THE RIGHT CONSITENTLY SAYING "WE DON’T CARE WHAT YOU VOTED FOR WE KNOW WHAT YOU WANT/NEED BETTER THAN THE PLAN YOU ALL CAME UP WITH BECAUSE WE DIDN’T WANT TO DO IT OURSELVES BECAUSE WE ARE COWARDS" – The Republican Party who’s been in control for over 30 years of Ohio and look where it’s gotten us.

Ohio lawmakers have failed their people.

When it looks like everything else on a shelf, it shouldn’t be done. Keep cannabis out of typical packaging. It’s the whole reason people have to look twice between energy drinks and alcohol.

Ohio lawmakers are part of the same STUPID MORONIC party that is now destroying our economy and freedoms. The retrumplicunt party will destroy your ability to grow your own medicine and smoke it. If you don’t believe me, just wait and see… suckers. All parties are coming together, really? I don’t believe bullshit so try another lie. If you cooperate with criminals, you become their victim. SMH! Keep on trusting criminals to take care of you be fair. If you do, you deserve to get screwed. Especially after you have been warned and they showed you their hand and told you what they were going to do.

What are we on, rev 8.0? meanwhile, prices have surged since the inception, and we went from one of the most decrimanlized states, to one of the most. We have become the big business model, while providing the harsest laws with the most laughable products

  28. @patrickmichael9950 on October 28, 2025 at 6:20 pm

It’s all just a shuffle to allow certain individuals an opportunity to be in position to profit. Remember when John Boehner was against legalization of marijuana? Now he sells it. Ohio lawmakers at their finest.

  32. @Joseph-u3t2n on October 28, 2025 at 6:25 pm

Let me clear this all up for people who apparently have no clue to laws. Growing, using and selling marijuana is still a federal crime. State laws don’t override federal laws.
Oh yeah and for all my fellow citizens that own firearms legally and use marijuana you actually broke a federal law when you filled out the 4473 back ground form where it asks if you use illegal substances.
My suggestion is if you like exercising your second amendment right stop using any substance that the federal government can use to strip you of your right to bear Arms.

  33. @nateg4236 on October 28, 2025 at 6:25 pm

The amount of people that think thc and thca are any different are sadly mistaken. Also. Ohio smoke shop weed is trash, and pretty much all spency weed is dried up chemical trash. Whoever said Michigan isnt joking. Itd blow your mind the low prices and quality.

  34. @200865mark on October 28, 2025 at 6:26 pm

Sounds like 1955 all over again when the logging industry actually lobbied against hemp because they knew it was easier to make paper out of hemp and put loggers out of a job

  35. @ryandelong2759 on October 28, 2025 at 6:35 pm

CCP wants as many psychotropic drugs and as few natural fiber textiles so they can continue to poison the west with drugs, microplastics and lead.

  36. @Mrtrigrhappy on October 28, 2025 at 6:35 pm

This is all very confusing if you’re following this closely. On the gov website it shows both the house and the senate passing 2 different versions of the same bill. I didn’t know that was possible and which one is it? Does the governor just get to choose what he signs into law?
There was some really concerning changes to both. In the section "adverse actions against adult use consumers" They removed nearly all protections they had given for users which were all objectively good, smart, and made sense.
There was previously a protection for parents that basically said that no one can just call the cops and says "these people are weed users and that means they’re abusing their children" and they’ve gone and intentionally removed this protection along with criminalizing more behavior associated with adult use consumers just to try and hit you with charges.

This is ridiculous pharmacies can kill you with man made poison but a weed is illegal just more stupidity from the government .

  47. @torturedsoul8066 on October 28, 2025 at 6:51 pm

Giving tax money to cities is unconstitutional. Taxes collected can only be spent on the reguklation of marijuana. It is not constitutional ti require cannabis users to pay taxes for things that ALL citzens should be paying for. Legislators want to act as they have no restrictions on how to collect and spend tax money but that is not true. A court ruling last year stated that the government cannot collect tax money from a group of people for things that every citzen uses. DeWine over stepped his legal authority trying to block hemp sales which should simply fall under cannabis sales. that will kill hemp intoxicants as cannabis is more powerful than hemp. I suggest removing the thc limitations, smoking and treat it like alcohol. They cannot sale a bong in a dispensary??? What is up with that and why is the state of ohio tracking sales? That is a 4th amendment violation? Lawyers are doing some crooked stuff in Ohio.
